FLOC has been dedicated to the memory of Sam the beautiful loving boy of Donna and Tom and special brother of his sister Joy.  Sam died at the age of five whilst having a fun day out with his family.

He died in his mothers arms after his heart arrested suddenly. Donna wants the memory of Sam to live on in the work of FLOC which is dedicated to helping  improve the lives of children who are experiencing difficulties in Scotland and overseas.
